Steam-A-Seam Issues…

As  you may already know if you follow my blog, I use a lot of Steam-A-Seam Lite 2. I’ve been using this product for years and buy it by the 25 yard rolls. I truly LOVE this product.

That being said….I recently purchased a box online that had some issues. Hey, things happen in manufacturing.  So, I  immediately contacted the Warm Company via email. Within minutes~yes, minutes! ~ I received a response from the company.

We had a nice conversation and I learned that they not only caught the issue but also implemented new product quality control features so it wouldn’t happen again.

It's nice to know that they read their emails and respond. Many businesses I have emailed with problems I never hear from again. And because of that, they lost a repeat customer.
By the way - I too love SASLite2 too.

I don't think I've ever had trouble with any of their products that I've used. But it's nice to know that they're so responsive, just in case!
