Mini Art Quilt Swap

I recently participated in the Mini Art Quilt Swap round 4 over on Craftster. My quilt was called Love Blossoms. My swap partner liked cherry blossoms,birds,and trees. Well, I loved it so much I had to make another one for myself.

This was my first attempt at stippling on my sewing machine. Turns out it's quite fun and addictive. The borders are foundation pieced using small scraps. The design is raw edge applique with some 3D flowers made using Aleene's Fabric Stiffener. I found the fun music note buttons at Charlene's Button Box Etsy shop.
