Quite honestly, I don't know what I would make but I would have lots of fun petting those strips. I could see a "Geema's 18" out of those strips. Or a beautiful log cabin quilt with the cut-off pieces in a string quilt. Oh, How I could play!

I do applique and my favorite themes are autumn based along with Halloween.

I'd use part of the strips for the background of a quilt. Others, I'd cut out fish, seaweed & shells to applique on top. Beautiful colors. I love Island Batiks!

I wish I appliqued and someday I will be brave enough to try. Until then I watch my appliqueing friends and enjoy the sewing geometric quilts like on MSQC.

I do a little applique, and enjoy different types. I always machine stitch, though. Cute colors! Would make a fun placemat.

My very first quilt was a king size calendar quilt of nature scenes. I've done several appliqued baby quilts since but most of my applique is wall hangings & minis. Nature scenes are still my favorite. Thanks for asking!

I both piece and applique. My quilt interests are in nature such as widlife, treees, leaves, flowers. Thank you for the opportunity and congrats on such cute patterns.

I've only ever done ONE appliqué quilt! It was a western theme baby quilt with a bunch of different western stuff. Super cute and it's well loved. I always worry that my appliqué will come off as it's loved and washed over time. Yes, I stitch around the edges but I don't do the tight appliqué stitch, just iron it on and then do a straight stitch around the shape.

If I win a bundle, I will use it to make a quilt for my new niece or nephew that is coming in September. :)

I've only ever appliqued a couple of quick quilts - one with an initial and one with some bunting but I'd like to do a "proper" one soon!

I like appliqué. I'm no longer afraid of it, as long as it's not super-complicated. I don't like small pieces. I like fusible and Hawaiian-style needle-turn hand appliqué. I'm definitely expanding my appliqué repertoire. I love batiks!
