I love to applique. Keep bringing in the flowers. Thank you for the giveaway.
Oh what lovely colors, I would make a bag with those! Thanks for the chance.

Quite honestly, I don't know what I would make but I would have lots of fun petting those strips. I could see a "Geema's 18" out of those strips. Or a beautiful log cabin quilt with the cut-off pieces in a string quilt. Oh, How I could play!
I do applique and my favorite themes are autumn based along with Halloween.
I'd use part of the strips for the background of a quilt. Others, I'd cut out fish, seaweed & shells to applique on top. Beautiful colors. I love Island Batiks!
HELLO,I do some applique, mostly on baby charity quilts in large flower or animal shapes.I would use these in my quilts for adults. Mostly do traditional piecing+top stitching in other quilts! Thanks for your Blog+a neat giveaway!

I wish I appliqued and someday I will be brave enough to try. Until then I watch my appliqueing friends and enjoy the sewing geometric quilts like on MSQC.
I don't do applique yet....still learning different pattern first...I would make some pillows....
I do a little applique, and enjoy different types. I always machine stitch, though. Cute colors! Would make a fun placemat.
My very first quilt was a king size calendar quilt of nature scenes. I've done several appliqued baby quilts since but most of my applique is wall hangings & minis. Nature scenes are still my favorite. Thanks for asking!
just finish a quilt with butterflys on it, thanks for the chance
Ocean themed applique would be great for my next hand project! I love doing applique.
How about sunrise and sunset with trees and animals in siluete.
My 1st quilt was a dresden plate and I've always wanted to do more applique. No matter I just love batiks and can always find a way to use them.
I don't really appliqué right now. I'm still in the learning stages. But it is something I will try. Fabric tells me what design it wants. Joanrob8@aol.com
I both piece and applique. My quilt interests are in nature such as widlife, treees, leaves, flowers. Thank you for the opportunity and congrats on such cute patterns.
I've only ever done ONE appliqué quilt! It was a western theme baby quilt with a bunch of different western stuff. Super cute and it's well loved. I always worry that my appliqué will come off as it's loved and washed over time. Yes, I stitch around the edges but I don't do the tight appliqué stitch, just iron it on and then do a straight stitch around the shape.
If I win a bundle, I will use it to make a quilt for my new niece or nephew that is coming in September. :)
I've only ever appliqued a couple of quick quilts - one with an initial and one with some bunting but I'd like to do a "proper" one soon!
I've done a few applique blocks but not a whole quilt!!
I love appliqué! We moved to Florida this year and I want to make a "beach" color quilt for my bed and these fabrics would be perfect! Thanks for the chance to win.
Jeg elsker applikation og laver gerne navne på dækkeservietter og lignende.
Ville elske at vinde det skønne stof.

I've only appliqued owls & flowers up until now. I do love it though!
I love to do applique. My favorite theme is anything Christmas. But my favorite pattern is Sunbonnet Sue. Thank you for the giveaway.
I seldom applique except with fusible webbing. I see a braided quilt in those strips.
I've only appliqued a couple of blocks. If I won, they would endure some petting and then end up in a quilt.
I'm not a huge applique fan. Some raw edge applique here and there is fine. I'd love to make a plus quilt with the strips! Thanks for the chance t owin.
I applique childtren's quilts and seasonal wall hangings the most. I have some strip piecing patterns on my bucket list that would work with the batiks. Thanks for the change to win.
Hand Applique is so relaxing! My favorite type of quilting. I have mostly done flowers/baskets. Would like to do wildlife.
Working with any color makes my day complete.

I have trouble with applique, it never seems to look right when I do it by machine. When I hand sew, it is better.
That is def. something I need to work on!
I love machine applique but want to learn to hand applique. Those batiks are very pretty! I love ocean themed quilts!
The only applique I do is children's quilts These strips are so beautiful I'm not sure what pattern. I just finished 3 Nancy Rink patterns maybe they would work well with them.
I don't do a whole lot of appliqué, but I do some. These batiks are beautiful and I haven't ever made a batik quilt yet...though I've been collecting batiks for years. What a fun giveaway!
Luv,luv, luv Island Batiks and applique. I would use these beauties on quilts I am currently making for the gks. robinsheloratearthlinkdotnet
I don't applique but would love to learn. These bundles are so beautiful...so many patterns to choose from.
I applique, just a little, but batiks are the best using the starch method.

I love doing applique! It's so beautiful, and so portable - great for road trips. One of my favorite themes is birds. Thanks for the chance to win this gorgeous fabric! And thanks for your inspiring blog!
I like to machine applique 'scenes'. Lovely giveaway.
Machine applique all the way and I seem to have a thing for themes lately... and wall hangings!
I've done both hand and machine appliqué and love it!
This fabric shouts "VACATION!".
I haven't tried to appliqué yet but would love to. Bring on some modern patterns...love them. With the batiks I would like to make a chevon designed quilt.
Thanks.
I love applique. I didn't know how to use Misty fuse, I'm going to give it another try!
Garden birds!
I'm really just a beginner when it comes to appliqué. I would either save this gorgeous fabric for when my skills improve, or use it To make a larger toiletry bag to use on vacation! Thanks for the chance to win!
I have done applique borders mainly. But would love to more flowers and maybe birds. Thanks for the chance to win.
My granddaughter asked me if I would make her a wall hanging that looks like a tank with colorful fish inside...I think these fabrics just may be the ticket to do that....Thank you for the giveaway the fabrics are all so lovely...
I'm primarily a piecer, but I'm excited to have signed up for a year-long applique with Mimi Dietrich starting in Sept.
I have not appliqued on quilts, but I have on other items. I would really like to try it on quilts soon! If I win, these bundles will be put to good use in table runners and placemats!
for fun new quilts coming out. I have an owl and dog fan so those themes would be nice to see. I like flowers and butterflies too.
I have not done applique yet, but I think these would be fun for a design showing my families adventures in Florida.

I do not applique, but I love it...need to jump in and try it -- I am afraid I'll mess it up. I'd make a summer dress for a little girl from the strips.

Love flower appliques...& easy shapes. Not sure what I would make with these Beautiful strips...maybe a Tote & a Throw...

I don't do applique, but I'd love to use these for a variety of other craft projects! Thanks and God bless! ILuvTheEucharist @ aol.com
I'm just starting my applique journey. So far, circles are the sum total of my experience. If I won I would probably branch out and try to applique an orange peel block. Thanks for the chance.
I am about to start me first applique project, which I may yet chicken out of and do machine applique. It seems a bit overwhelming, all those tiny, neat stitches. Thanks for the giveaway, the fabrics look beautiful. Tarnia.hodges at gmail.com
I like appliqué. I'm no longer afraid of it, as long as it's not super-complicated. I don't like small pieces. I like fusible and Hawaiian-style needle-turn hand appliqué. I'm definitely expanding my appliqué repertoire. I love batiks!

I like the sea themes. Thats very much my thing. I think i would make a sea themed cushion with these fabrics.
I like flower themes. I don't do applique very well. I prefer to sew scrappy quilts!

I love applique and ocean or fantasy themes. These look perfect for an ocean theme.
I did a tiny bit of appliqué last year and want to do more. I'd make a quilt, but other than that, I'm not sure.

I've done some appliqué- mostly flowers.I would like to branch out from flowers but not sure what. I see some cool log cabin designs with these strip sets. Lots of fun!
I absolutely love appliqué and it took me three years to make a pattern I fell in love with just for me... You can see it in my profile photo (with my fur baby on top!!)
I love applique I would love to make something ocean related
I would love to try applique. Maybe something beachy.
I do applique with felt but I've not made an applique quilt before. I have a thing about batiks. I think I would make a nice big bag if I were lucky enough to win the strips.
