Bonnie Hunter is coming to town in a couple of weeks and I signed up for a class to make her Scrap Crystals quilt. What was I thinking?! This will definitely be a new adventure in quilting as I don’t piece itty bitty scrappy quilts.
In preparation for our classes my “bee” friends got together for a scrap exchange to enhance our scrappiness. We spent hours cutting piles and piles of 2” strips. As always, we had lots of laughs.
And on another note, my bucket full of selvages has found a new home with Diane. I’m looking forward to seeing what she creates with them. This was a really nice batch of colors with lots of dottie edges.

Ooo, I could almost be jealous. A class with .bonnie Hunter -- wow!
