Snow Mystery Quilt Along – Month #1

Welcome to month #1 of the Snow Mystery Quilt Along!
Are you ready to celebrate that wonderful white stuff, snow?
This month’s row is, of course, S-N-O-W. But first, we will start by cutting our border and binding strips. These will be labeled and set aside for later.

  • Month one instructions will be a free PDF download in my Craftsy shop until October 1st.
  • You will need an active Craftsy account and a PDF reader like the free Adobe Reader.
  • There will be a Linky party on October 1st to show off our finished rows.

sept
finished size 51” x 66”
Quilt contains paper piecing and fusible appliqué blocks.

Here are the fabrics I’m going to use. I’m repeating the border as Blue #2 because I didn’t find anything I really liked better.

All my border strips and row #1 pieces are cut and ready to go.

Who’s in?

I'm just wondering: is the border included in the fabric requirements or not? I wanted to check before I made my cuts.

The borders are the first things you will cut off the fabrics.
