The Greater San Antonio Quilt Show is today and tomorrow. If you’re in the area be sure to stop by. There are some AMAZING quilts to be seen.
That being said…..when I rounded the corner this morning look what I saw.... I won an Honorable Mention for Gone But Not Forgotten. Whaaat!! This was my first entry in to a quilt show. I’m sooooo, or should I say sewwww, excited!!!

I really DON’T have an Oompa Loompa spray tan. It was just the lighting in the exhibit hall. I hide from the Texas heat and I’m white as a ghost. LOL.

I saw your quilt yesterday!!! There were so many beautiful quilts... our only complaint was the lighting:(
My girl friends and I drove the 2 hours to see the show and of course eat at Magnolias:) What fun! We got to stop in Marble Falls on the way home for pie:)

I saw your quilt at the show! I agree with Lou, the lighting was poor. Hard to see some of the details. But yours is a well deserved ribbon. Congrats!!!
