Monsters are good for all occasions not just Halloween. My Dad and I are classic monster movie fans. His birthday is next week so he’s getting a match pair of pillows for his TV room. Aren’t they adorable together?…Her face is actually a light lavender color not white…
I picked these two patterns up during the blog hop last fall. Frankie’s Bride is a free paper piecing pattern from LIttle Ms. Sew Un-Sew blog. Carl, Frankenstein’s Flower, is a paper piecing pattern by Artisania. Carl was meant to be a 24” x 24” quilt but I shrunk it down to half size, 12” x 12”, for a pillow. They both went together really easily.

Ohhhh being the Halloween freak that I am, these certainly speak to my soul! How fun to make them year round movie theme pillows.
