I’m still playing with scraps. Since I added the white to my original design there were plenty of pieces left over to make another zig-zag rainbow quilt.
I have to say I like the one with the red border more though. It had a more playful feel to it. The purple border makes the darker pieces stand out and gives it a more subdued look.

It's still a lovely quilt nonetheless!
I love this chevron look!! It feels like it's got motion. Motion like watching the tide. Very calming for me
