Removing Cutting Mat Fuzz

Do you get these annoying little fuzzies stuck in your cutting matt? They won’t brush off and they drive me nuts. Mine is an Olfa mat and it happens when I let my blades get a little dull.

Well, here’s a nifty little trick. Run a simple art gum eraser over them. It will gobble them up and your mat will be as good as new.

I just love learning new tricks. Don’t you?

Thank you for this tip!! I was cutting a lot of thin cotton batting and this resident fuzz was the result - it bothers me too!
