It was cloudy this morning so it made a really light back drop for hummingbird photos. They are getting used to me sitting close to the feeder. There are about a dozen birds of three different species that come.
Look at them go!!

We don't have hummingbirds in Australia and all the photos I've ever seen are of them hovering so I'm glad you were able to get a "still" photo and that you shared it with me!

OK, I MUST get me a Humming Bird feeder to they will hang around longer. I have never seen one actually stay long enough to land. They are always humming along. I guess they don't hang around during winter, yet I can't imagine them flying such a distance to migrate?
