♥One of my favorite summer recipes♥

Tortellini Salad

salad

Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup sliced carrots
8 ounces Tortellini
1 cup ham cubed
1 cup green bell pepper cubed
1 cup red bell pepper cubed
1/2 cup sweet onion cubed
1/4 cup zesty fat free Italian dressing

Cook Tortellini and broccoli (I don’t like raw broccoli). In a separate pan cook ham and onions.  Place all ingredients in a big bowl and toss with Italian dressing.

Serves 4 ~ Enjoy!
